Alex Berzofsky is a Managing Director at Warburg Pincus where he focuses on investments in the logistics, technology and business services sectors. He currently serves on the board of directors of MercuryGate, FacilitySource, Coyote Logistics, Dude Solutions, The Gordian Group, and Construction Market Data. Prior to joining Warburg Pincus, Alex was part of the mergers and acquisitions group at Goldman Sachs. Alex received a B.A. in Economics from Harvard University.


Steve Blough

President and Co-Founder

As the Custom Application Development Competency Leader for IBM Global Services, Steve Blough led domestic and international consulting engagements for clients with supply chain management initiatives. Combining industry knowledge with his technology background, Mr. Blough re-engineers logistics business processes and transforms complex business requirements into innovative designs for information systems. As chief architect, Mr. Blough designed a collaborative communications and data platform that allowed supply chain participants to manage their transportation needs on a real-time basis. Mr. Blough has over 25 years of experience in the design, development, and integration of supply chain information systems that have resulted in dramatically lower logistics costs for his client companies.


Robert-CavanaughRobert Cavanaugh

Mr. Robert Cavanaugh is formally an Executive Vice President of Concur Technologies, Inc. and held that position since October 2010. He also served as its General Manager of the Global Enterprise Business Unit. Mr. Cavanaugh served as General Manager of Americas & Global Accounts, General Manager of North America, Executive Vice President of Client Development, in addition to several other roles. Prior to joining Concur, Mr. Cavanaugh held consulting and implementation management positions at Seeker Software and Ceridian Corporation. Mr. Cavanaugh also served as an officer in the United States Army Reserve from 1991 to 2000.


Gayle-CrowellGayle Crowell

Gayle Crowell is based in San Francisco and has been a senior business consultant on the technology, media and telecommunications team since joining Warburg Pincus in 2001. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Crowell was President and CEO of RightPoint Software, acquired by E.piphany in January 2000. Previously, Ms. Crowell held senior executive roles at Oracle Corporation, E.piphany, RightPoint Software, View Star, Mosaix, Recognition International, DSC, and Cubix Corporation. Ms. Crowell graduated summa cum laude from the University of Nevada at Reno with a B.A., has completed post-graduate work at the University of California-Irvine and Berkeley, and is a graduate of the Stanford University Executive Education CEO Program. She is a director of Yodlee (YDLE), Dude Solutions, MercuryGate and Coyote Logistics. In addition, Ms. Crowell is the co-founder of ConservingNow.com, a trustee of the Desert Research Foundation, and chairman of Watermark, a non-profit organization of leading Silicon Valley woman CEOs and C-level executives.


Sean-FeeneySean Feeney

Sean Feeney is a 30-year technology leadership veteran with over $1 billion in strategic exits. He is currently the CEO of DefenseStorm a company focused on a new approach to cyber-security in the banking and credit union market. Prior to DefenseStorm, he held the role of Chief Executive Officer at GT Nexus (GTN) from 2012 – 2016, overseeing its sale to Infor in September, 2015. Prior to GTN, he was an Operating Executive with Golden Gate Capital (2005-2012) and Chief Executive Officer of Inovis from 2005 until the 2010 sale to GXS (acquired by OpenText), a transaction that created the largest B2B integration services provider. He also worked as Executive Vice President at CheckFree (acquired by Fiserv), Chief Operating Officer at Clarus Corporation, and Executive Vice President at Dun & Bradstreet Software. He currently sits on the board of TrendKite and is a past Chairman of the Technology Alliance of Georgia (TAG). Sean earned a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point.


Richard-GersteinRichard Gerstein

Mr. Gerstein has been involved in transportation and logistics since his childhood. His father founded and owned a large regional trucking company in Chicago, where Mr. Gerstein worked part time in his youth.  This early experience led to his career in transportation and logistics, and that career shaped the vision and strategic direction he brought his company, IntelliTrans, which was sold to a large public company in 2006.  With over 25 years of professional industry experience.
In 1992, Mr. Gerstein founded IntelliTrans, in San Francisco, California and focused on improving many antiquated distribution processes, rate and overall spend management and technology-driven exception management within the commodity industry’s shipping community.  The company was particularly competent in truck and rail activities. Through his efforts and those of his team, IntelliTrans became a visibility platform, service provider and freight management centerpiece for the shipping community within these industries.  Mr. Gerstein has always been committed to help people change the way they think about industry issues and continues to introduce, innovative concepts never before seen in the industry.

Now, Mr. Gerstein spends considerable time investing his energy with companies and causes in areas in which his expertise can have significant value. His involvement is focused on bringing people together, innovation, especially around creating open, transparent market places in logistics and healthcare, assisting in creating automation and efficiencies, accelerated revenue generation and in assisting leadership to achieve its goals.

He sits on several boards, including a private equity fund, private businesses and is involved with philanthropic and science-based initiatives.

Mr. Gerstein received a BA in Political Economy of Industrialized Societies and an MS in Transportation Engineering from the University of California at Berkeley.

Her drive to make a positive contribution to the world has been passed on to her employees by making it their mission to streamline the global supply chain, one client at a time. Monica is a member of the Committee of 200. The Committee of 200 is an invitation-only membership organization of the world’s most successful women entrepreneurs and corporate leaders. In the past year, she has also been recognized in Forbes, Southeast Women in Business, and received the 2013 Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year award for the Southeast region. She earned a Bachelor’s degree from Ithaca College and a Master’s from the University of Georgia. She has two children and resides in Tampa, FL.
