How We Engage With Our Community
Community service is an important part of the MercuryGate culture. Employees get directly involved through the company’s “Give Back” program which allows an annual donation to a charity of their choice. In addition to monetary gifts, MercuryGate employees support their communities by volunteering their time and talents. In 2011, at a company outing in New Orleans, the entire MercuryGate staff spent a day helping to clean up and repair a recreation center that was badly damaged in Hurricane Katrina in 2005.

AMERICAN LOGISTICS AID NETWORK
MercuryGate is a proud supporter of American Logistics Aid Network (ALAN). ALAN, a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization, saves lives and reduces suffering for disaster survivors in the United States by engaging industry to supplement non-profit organizations’ logistics capabilities. ALAN serves by coordinating logistics, providing education, and building cross-sector relationships before, during, and after disasters. More information about ALAN is available at www.ALANAid.org
