The MercuryGate implementation methodology allows you to get up and running in a matter of days, and then add new capabilities in the coming weeks.
Implementation Expertise at Your Service
Implementation of new MercuryGate product deployments is led by our Professional Services organization. Each implementation team is comprised of numerous experts from across multiple departments to ensure that you are supported through every step of the implementation and onboarding process.
MercuryGate Implementation Team Roles
- Project Manager – Your MercuryGate implementation project manager will be at the helm of your implementation team and will manage the phasing, timeline, and execution of deliverables. The project manager will be your primary point of contact during the implementation period.
- Integration Consultant – You may have existing vendors or technologies that you need to integrate with your MercuryGate products, or you may want to use pre-built integrations, or both. The integration consultant on your implementation team will create an integration plan that ensures your tech stack is syncing with your MercuryGate products and performing as expected.
- Education Specialist – No implementation is complete without training. Your team’s education specialist will design a training plan that prepares your users for quick success and makes recommendations for future certification goals and ongoing training to achieve the maximum value from your product suite.
- Documentation Specialist – A lot goes into implementation, so much so that capturing and sharing all the pertinent details about your organization’s configuration is a necessity. A documentation specialist will record and assemble these details to share with both you and MercuryGate for future reference as needed.
- Implementation Consultant (optional) - If you lack the internal resources (there will be some required!) for product implementation, you may elect to bring in outside implementation consultants to oversee your internal implementation needs. We recommend working with a MercuryGate Alliance consulting partners familiar with our products but can work in tandem with the vendor of your choosing.
