Carl Coe, Chief Operating Officer
Carl Coe has been named Chief Operating Officer for MercuryGate with responsibility for sales and marketing. He has a proven track record of developing and implementing effective sales and operating strategies, cultivating lasting customer relationships and building and leading high performing teams. Throughout his career, Carl has been instrumental in supporting sales, marketing and customer success in the companies he has served. Prior to joining MercuryGate, Carl held executive positions for companies in the technology industry. A graduate of The Ohio State University, he holds a Bachelor of Science degree in consumer electronics.
Dan Graham, Chief Financial Officer
Dan Graham has joined MercuryGate as Chief Financial Officer. In his role, Dan will support each functional area of the company to ensure MercuryGate achieves its business objectives. With extensive experience in the software industry, Dan is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh and Imperial College in London, England. He has degrees in finance and marketing.
Chris Morhard, Chief Delivery Officer
Chris Morhard has been named as MercuryGate’s Chief Delivery Officer, with responsibility for all of the company’s professional services. He previously held positions of responsibility in the technology industry, including managing a team of 200 professional services employees for a cloud-based software provider. A graduate of North Carolina State University, Chris has a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering. He also holds an MBA from the Harvard Business School at Harvard University.
Rajesh Ramchander, Chief Technology Officer
Rajesh Ramchander joined MercuryGate as Chief Technology Officer with responsibility for the company’s development team. An accomplished leader in the engineering field, Rajesh has more than 20 years of experience in delivering high quality Software as a Service (SaaS) products and solutions as well as leading and motivating large global engineering teams. Rajesh holds a Master of Science degree in computer science/applications and electrical engineering from Virginia Tech. He also earned a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from Osmania University in India.
Jeanne Bauer, Vice President, Human Resources
Jeanne Bauer has been named Vice President of Human Resources for MercuryGate. She is responsible for developing and implementing strategic human resources programs for talent acquisition, performance management, compensation and benefits and other related policies and programs. Throughout her career, Jeanne has served as a strategic human resources partner to organizational leadership, including the C-level, and has successfully planned and managed a variety of transformational human resources projects, including compensation and talent acquisition. She is a graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and has a Bachelor of Science degree in economics and a Master’s degree in labor and industrial relations.
