Company Strengthens Leadership in Key Areas of Delivery, Customer Experience
Cary, N.C. – MercuryGate® International, Inc., a leader in Transportation Management System (TMS) solutions, announced today that Jamie S. Howard has been named as Chief Delivery Officer. This is a new position reporting to Monica Wooden, CEO and Co-Founder. Ms. Howard’s primary areas of responsibility include delivery, the company’s Center of Excellence and integration.
In addition, Brian E. Sas is joining the company as Senior Vice President, Strategy and Services; Don Rigdon will serve as Senior Vice President, Services Delivery; and Dennis Kelley has been named Vice President, Services Delivery. All three will report to Ms. Howard’s organization. MercuryGate also named Angela Malley as General Counsel, reporting to Ms. Wooden.

Jamie S. Howard, Chief Delivery Officer
Ms. Howard has more than 20 years of experience in building, leading and enriching teams to create, develop and implement software solutions that drive value outputs for customer success. She has broad industry knowledge in retail, supply chain, distribution, e-commerce and asset management.
Prior to joining MercuryGate, she served as Regional Vice President, Professional Services; in the Global Consulting Services division of JDA Software. Her career also includes positions of increasing responsibility with Infor Global Solutions and MICROS Systems, Inc.
Brian E. Sas, Senior Vice President, Services Strategy
A 20-year veteran of the retail software solutions industry, Mr. Sas has a strong track record as a strategic and tactical leader. His areas of expertise include change management, planning, and communication as well as a solutions-oriented approach to problem solving.
He previously served as Regional Vice President, Consulting Services Americas; for ORACLE + NetSuite with responsibility for retail and e-commerce. His experience extends to logistics, supply chain, transportation, enterprise planning and other relayed vertical industries. He has held positions with JDA Software, Infor Global Solutions and Commercialware, a firm acquired by MICROS Systems that is now part of the Oracle organization.
Don Rigdon, Senior Vice President, Services Delivery
Mr. Rigdon has worked for 29 years helping major organizations improve operational and technical capabilities. He has successfully reengineered business practices to increase efficiency, generate revenues and positively impact financial performance. In addition, he has experience in logistics, supply chain, fulfillment, distribution services and IT solutions.
He held positions of increasing responsibilities with HighJump, most recently serving as Vice President, Worldwide Professional Services Group. In that role, he was responsible for providing world-class implementations and supply chain consulting to a wide range of client verticals using HighJump’s supply chain solutions across a global network of partners. His career has also included positions with logistics services providers.
Dennis Kelley, Vice President, Services Delivery
Dennis Kelley previously served as Global Services Director for JDA Software Consulting Services. A leader in the areas of supply chain operations, services sales and systems deployment, Mr. Kelley has a solid background in both consulting and real world implementation of operational and related systems in retail, wholesale, food and beverage, and other vertical markets.
Prior to joining JDA Software, he held positions of responsibility with RedPrairie, Tompkins Associates, Inc.; Peak Technologies and McHugh Software International. In addition, he also worked as Senior Manager of Distribution Systems for Lowe’s Home Improvement.
Angela Malley, General Counsel
Angela Malley has worked extensively with SaaS software and contracts. In her last position, she served as Executive Director of Legal Affairs and Head of the Legal Department at Logi Analytics. Her career has also included positions of responsibility at BroadSoft, OPNET Technologies (acquired by Riverbed Technology) and Pace Global Energy.
