CARY, NC– October 4, 2018 (BUSINESS WIRE) MercuryGate International, Inc., a leading independent provider of SaaS-based transportation management system (TMS) solutions, announced it has promoted Dan Graham to be MercuryGate’s Chief Operating Officer.
Dan Graham was previously Chief Financial Officer at MercuryGate and has more than 18 years of experience in supply chain and SaaS software. In the new role, Graham will be responsible for the following functions: finance and accounting, professional services, human resources, and legal.

Prior to joining MercuryGate, Graham was the CFO of Scytl Secure Electronic Voting, S.A, a Spanish, VC backed firm focused on automating and streamlining election related processes. He began his career at Free Markets, serving for 10 years after the company was acquired by Ariba. Graham held multiple divisional roles within Ariba’s global commercial organization where he helped drive significant growth and scale – including rapid international expansion in both developed and emerging markets. Additionally, he helped lead Ariba through several strategic initiatives including transitioning its business model from a traditional enterprise software application vendor to a SaaS/cloud company. After Ariba was acquired by SAP, Graham served as Global Vice President of Finance and Division CFO of SAP’s $1B+ in revenue within the SAP Cloud business unit.
