Sephora Simplifies Carrier Selection

Cosmetics retailer Sephora is a leader in online sales of beauty products and operates over 300 stores throughout out the United States. To ensure its stores are fully stocked throughout the year, Sephora relies on the MercuryGate Transportation Management System (TMS) to help manage carrier adoption and lower shipping costs. Jose Flores, Inbound Logistics Supervisor, explains that with MercuryGate his team is able to speed up carrier selecting and ensure they pick the best carriers for specific lanes. With the TMS, Jose says the improvements to the carrier selection process allows him to focus on other aspects of his job.
