MercuryGate will match up to four percent of your contribution – Traditional and Roth 401 (k) options, administered by Fidelity Investments; enrollment starts on your first day. For employees who elect the high deductible healthcare plan, you have the option of opening a Health Savings Account (HSA) with employer contributions.

Interviews with the Business

A competency-based interview designed to probe technical skills and behaviors required for the job. Your interview may be another phone call or a face-to-face meeting with the hiring manager, depending on the opportunity. Based on the role, you may speak with multiple interviewers – it is a two-way street, so take advantage of the conversations!

Verbal Offer, Official Offer & Benefit Information

If successful, your recruiter will contact you to discuss the details including salary, benefit package and any applicable allowances or variable pay. Your official documents will be sent via DocuSign and will include a full benefit guide, as well as a non-disclosure agreement.

Onboarding & Induction
