With deep experience in virtually every aspect of freight transportation, they are helping to lead the industry towards more relevant, streamlined, and powerful automation answers.
Joe Juliano
Steve Blough
Co-founder Steve Blough is currently the Chief Innovation Officer at MercuryGate. Steve is responsible for all product innovation, conception and development, training, and product management. He is the chief architect of the MercuryGate Transportation Platform.
Prior to MercuryGate, Steve was a Custom Application Development Competency Leader for IBM Global Services. Steven led domestic and international consulting engagements for clients with supply chain management initiatives. Combining industry knowledge with his technology background, Steve re-engineers logistics business processes and transforms complex business requirements into innovative designs for information systems.
Steve has over 25 years of experience in the design, development, and integration of supply chain information systems that have resulted in dramatically lower logistics costs for customers.
Simon Fahie
Managing Director, EMEA
As Managing Director of Operations for the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region, Simon is responsible for launching sales, support and service operations for current and future MercuryGate customers.
Simon is a 20-year veteran in the international supply chain and technology industry, starting, building and operating teams in EMEA, Asia pacific and North America. With a deep understanding of the requirements in products, services and markets, he has a proven track record for growing successful teams and international sales and service operations.
Prior to MercuryGate, Simon restructured and grew IQNavigator’s European-based operations. Before that he built and launched commercial teams for RedPrairie EMEA, EMEA TMS and ByBox North America. He holds a Master of Science degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management from Cranfield University.
Beth Hendriks
Chief Technology Officer / CTO
Hendriks joined MercuryGate after a successful career at Oracle as a cloud strategist and business architect. Before that, she was SVP and Chief Technology Officer at SciQuest/JAGGAER where was given the Supply and Demand Chain Executives’ Pro to Know award.
In addition, she collaborated in driving a product strategy at NetApp which resulted in movement in Gartner’s Magic Quadrant from visionary to leader’s quadrant over a 3-year period.
Beth has a BS of Computer Science and Mathematics from McNeese State University and an MBA with a concentration on Project Management from Jones International University.
Mark Huebeler
As Chief Financial Officer, Mark Huebeler is responsible for the company’s financial operations, including all corporate accounting, financial strategy and business planning. He plays a key role in the company’s mergers and acquisitions, balance sheet management and capital investment decisions. Mark has nearly two decades of financial expertise in high growth, software and technology markets. Most recently he was Vice President of Finance at Valassis Digital, an advertising technology company. Prior to that he worked in LexisNexis’s Legal Software Solutions division as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and then as CFO and Chief Operations Officer (COO). Earlier in his career, Mark held progressively responsible positions in accounting and finance operations at Red Hat, Nortel Networks and Constellation Energy. He began his career as an Auditor at Deloitte.
He received a Master of Business Administration from the University of North Carolina and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Rochester Institute of Technology.
Traci Kellner
As Chief People Officer, Traci oversees MercuryGate’s people strategy encompassing talent acquisition, talent development and learning, organizational development and effectiveness, total rewards, and employee experience.
Traci brings significant expertise running global human resources organizations, most recently as President of Quantum People Solutions. Prior to that she served as Executive Vice President of Human Capital for Beeline, formerly IQNavigator, the world’s largest independent provider of solutions for sourcing and managing the complex world of contingent labor. Before that she was HR Director for Accellent, a manufacturing services company to the medical device industry.
Traci holds a Master of Arts degree in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Colorado Boulder
Angela Malley
Angela Malley is MercuryGate’s General Counsel responsible for worldwide legal affairs and compliance. She has extensive experience representing technology companies in commercial, compliance, litigation, IP, securities and international law matters.
In her last position, Angela was Executive Director of Legal Affairs & Head of Legal at Logi Analytics. Prior to Logi Analytics, Angela held positions at BroadSoft, OPNET Technologies (acquired by Riverbed Technology), and Pace Global Energy. She has a law degree from American University, Washington College of Law, where she served as the Senior Recent Developments Editor for the Administrative Law review, and a BS in Cellular Biology with a minor in Chemistry.
Jeffrey Varon
As Chief Strategy Officer, Jeffrey Varon leads MercuryGate’s overall company strategy, customer success teams, and channel and global strategic alliance programs. A visionary senior executive with more than 20 years of leadership experience, Jeffrey is responsible for the development and execution of the company’s strategic vision, business development and transformation, and organizational change.
Prior to joining MercuryGate, Jeffrey was the Chief Strategy Officer at IQNavigator where he propelled the company to be the leading provider of non-employee workforce management solutions for Global 2000 companies. Earlier, Jeffrey served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of Global Business Development at RedPrairie Corporation, a supply chain SaaS and software firm.
Jeffrey’s experience in the technology and services sector also includes positions at JDA Software Group, i2 Technologies and Wolters Kluwer. He holds an MBA and a Master of Science, and BS in Finance from Arizona State University along with a BS in Information Systems from Long Beach State University.
